Pedro Fragoso
Pedro has 25 years of professional experience, having served as a founder, partner, CEO, and CIO of Exus in Brazil, as well as a member of the global value creation committee. As a Senior Advisor, he works with global infrastructure funds and family offices.
With expertise in Infrastructure, Energy and Renewables M&A, he has been involved in over USD 10 billion in capital market transactions.
Pedro has led the Energy and Private Equity sectors at Boston Consulting Group and Roland Berger.
Pedro holds a from INSEAD and holds the CGA Fund Management certification from ANBIMA, and a Fund Management license from CVM (the local Securities and Exchange Commission).

Marcelo Gravina
Marcelo has 20 years of professional experience, working in various areas of the financial and infrastructure sectors.
He served as a Private Equity Advisor and Board Member of invested companies at Kinea and was the Director of Asset Management at Exus Renewables.
At EDP Brasil, Marcelo held the position of Director of Engineering, Construction, and Operation of Generation and Transmission.
He graduated with an MBA from Ibmec and holds the CFA certification.
